Is DOM legal in Switzerland?
- Legal status
- DOM (STP) is a prohibited narcotic listed in Verzeichnis d of the BetmVV-EDI under the Narcotics Act (BetmG), Switzerland's transposition of DOM's individual Schedule I listing under the 1971 UN Convention.
- Consequences if caught
- Unauthorised trafficking, production and possession are criminal offences under Art. 19 BetmG; minor personal use is a fine under Art. 19a.
- If prescribed or medical
- Verzeichnis d: prohibited substance with no medical use; not prescribable.
