Is DOM legal in Netherlands?

- DOM (STP) is a List I 'hard drug' under the Opium Act (Opiumwet), the Dutch transposition of DOM's individual Schedule I listing under the 1971 UN Convention (tolerated policy does not equal legal for List I substances).
- Consequences if caught
- Possession, dealing, production and import of a List I substance are criminal offences under Arts. 2 and 10 of the Opiumwet.
- If prescribed or medical
- List I hard drug: no accepted medical use; not prescribable.
