Is Delta-8-THC legal in Cambodia?

Legal status
Controlled — as a party to the 1971 Convention, Cambodia schedules tetrahydrocannabinols and their isomers under the Law on the Control of Drugs (1996, amended 2005/2011), so delta-8-THC (Δ8-THC) is caught as an isomer of THC; the specific national listing instrument is left to confirmation. Distinct from cannabis, a Group I narcotic (no soft/hard split). No death penalty.

Illegal; possession and trafficking penalties under the drug law (possession ~2–5 years; trafficking up to life; no death penalty).
If prescribed or medical
