3-MMC (3-methylmethcathinone) is controlled, caught as a cathinone derivative by the structural-class annex (Verzeichnis) of the BetmVV-EDI, whose cathinone-derivative definition reaches the 3-isomer; Switzerland is outside the EU (the EU Directive does not apply) but its generic definition captured 3-MMC without a dedicated amendment.
Consequences if caught
Controlled-substance offences: trafficking carries imprisonment; unauthorised possession is a criminal/penal offence. Non-death-penalty jurisdiction.

No recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route.
