Is 2C-T-7 legal in Switzerland?

- Controlled — 2C-T-7 is individually named ('2,5-Dimethoxy-4-(n)-propylthiophenethylamin') in Verzeichnis d (prohibited substances) of the DFI Ordinance on the Schedules of Controlled Substances under the Narcotics Act (BetmG, SR 812.121). NAMED mechanism.
- Consequences if caught
- Prohibited narcotic: unauthorised manufacture, import and trafficking are criminal offences under BetmG art. 19; consumption is punishable under art. 19a.
- If prescribed or medical
- Verzeichnis d substances are prohibited with no medical use; handling only under an exceptional Swissmedic research authorisation.
- Documentation
- No lawful personal import of a prohibited (Verzeichnis d) narcotic.
