Quetiapine is not controlled in Armenia, and that is a completed finding rather than an open question. Armenia splits the question across two instruments and the split is the thing to understand. Government Decision No. 1129-N carries the controlled list and answers classification. Criminal Code article 393(4) to (6) then multiplies it: significant is more than fivefold and up to twenty-fivefold the small amount, large is more than twenty-fivefold and up to one hundred and twenty-fivefold, and especially large is more than one hundred and twenty-fivefold. Consequences if caught

Capital and life exposure. Armenia has no death penalty and no life sentence for a drug offence. And none of the drug penalties reach quetiapine, because they attach to the substances on the Armenia list and quetiapine is not one of them. The ceiling is 12 years. Criminal Code article 393(3) provides a term of six to twelve years, and articles 393 and 396 carry the principal offences. Those provisions are stated here so the scale is visible, not because they apply to quetiapine. If a listed constituent is proved in a given material, that constituent is assessed on its own and carries its own exposure.
