- Pregabalin is a controlled prescription medicine in Turkey under MoH/TİTCK monitoring — its dispensing was tightened in 2019 (prescription and e-reçete reporting controls that roughly halved consumption) so that it is no longer freely sold, a stricter regime than gabapentin.

- Supplying or possessing pregabalin outside the prescription framework is prosecutable; over-the-counter sale is not permitted.

- Dispensed as a monitored prescription medicine under TİTCK controls.
