Is PCP legal in Singapore?

- Trafficking, possession, and consumption are MDA offences carrying severe penalties — imprisonment and caning; trafficking above statutory thresholds can carry the death penalty. Drug offences can also carry caning; on entry, unannounced drug tests and property searches may apply, and residents can be prosecuted even for use outside Singapore (U.S. State Dept).
