- Unauthorised possession is prosecuted; aggravated narcotics trafficking is death-eligible and actively enforced — oxycodone as a narcotic-table strong opioid is within the capital trafficking tier by aggravated-trafficking determination.

- Dispensed as a controlled narcotic on prescription.
