- Consequences if caught
- Trafficking of a scheduled psychotropic is death/life eligible; methylphenidate is a licit medicine — carry a certified prescription/report and a permit.
- If prescribed or medical
- Prescription ADHD/narcolepsy medicine (e.g. Ritalin/Concerta) via controlled channels; carry the original prescription and any required import permit.
