Is Mephedrone (4-MMC) legal in Turkey?

- Controlled — NAMED. Mephedrone was individually added to Turkey's controlled-substances list by Cabinet/Presidential decree under Law 2313, as Turkey scheduled many NPS in 2010–2011.
- Consequences if caught
- Controlled narcotic: possession and supply offences. Turkey abolished the death penalty in 2004 — no capital exposure.

- Controlled narcotic with no recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route.
- Documentation
- No licit personal-import route for a controlled narcotic.
