Is MDPV legal in Turkey?
- Legal status
- Controlled. MDPV was added by name by Cabinet Decree 2012/2861 (2012) to the controlled/monitored substances, amending the schedule to the narcotics-control law.
- Consequences if caught
- Illegal; possession and trafficking carry imprisonment under the narcotics-control law. No death penalty (abolished).
- If prescribed or medical
- MDPV has no recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route in Turkey.
- Documentation
- No lawful personal-import route for a controlled substance; do not carry.
