DOM in Morocco: not individually verified
Also known as: STP
We have not confirmed that DOM specifically is scheduled in Morocco, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. The 1971 Convention tableaux as published by dahir 1-80-140 and printed at Bulletin officiel 3590 of 19 August 1981, page 404, carry « STP, DOM », STP, DOM, in the 1971 Convention tableau I as printed in 1981. That is a treaty schedule and not a Moroccan criminal schedule. Dahir 1-80-140 is a publication dahir; the offences of dahir portant loi 1-73-282 of 21 May 1974 attach to substances classified as narcotics and inscribed in tableau B of the dahir of 2 December 1922, and that tableau is populated by an arrêté which is not among the instruments held. So the Convention placement is established and the domestic classification is not. Entry 9 prints both street initialisms together in the common names column, with no DCI, and gives « amino-2 (diméthoxy,2-5 méthyl-4) phényl-1 propane » as the chemical designation. This is the only entry in the table printed under a street name, and the chemical column is what identifies it.
