Is Delta-8-THC legal in Turkey?

Legal status
Controlled — delta-8-THC (Δ8-THC) is caught as a tetrahydrocannabinol under Turkey's narcotics regime (Law No. 2313 and the Penal Code drug offences), which treats THC and cannabis derivatives as narcotics; delta-8 is controlled as an isomer of THC. Distinct from cannabis (illegal, TCK Arts. 188/191); hemp/CBD products are also treated as cannabis. No death penalty (abolished).
Consequences if caught
Illegal; trafficking under TCK Art. 188 (heavy imprisonment) and use/possession under Art. 191 (treatment/probation measures).
If prescribed or medical
No recognised medical use; delta-8-THC is not a prescribable medicine.
Documentation
No lawful personal import; cannabis-type products (including THC isomers) are barred.
