- Customs confiscate CBD and prosecute identically to marijuana cases, and enforcement is hardline with no traveller leniency comparable to the UAE; capital exposure for aggravated trafficking leaves CBD-specific capital exposure to confirmation.
- If prescribed or medical
- There is no CBD route; the MOH permits legitimate prescription medicines for travel via permits, but not CBD.
- Documentation
- No documentation legalises CBD; the MOH permits legitimate prescription medicines for travel but not CBD.
