Is CBD legal in Bahrain?

- Strict border enforcement means confiscation, arrest and prosecution, with penalties up to life imprisonment, fines up to BHD 50,000, and the death penalty in aggravated cases (CBD-specific capital exposure left to confirmation).

- No CBD prescription route was identified.
- Documentation
- No documentation legalises CBD — controlled as cannabis; even CBD skincare may be treated as illicit.
