- Unauthorised supply is prosecuted under Criminal Law art. 347 (graduated by quantity); the capital 'large quantity' tier is keyed to opium (≥1,000 g), heroin/methamphetamine (≥50 g) and morphine (~100 g) — therapeutic buprenorphine is below the death-eligible tier, confirmed.

- Controlled and prescription-only (used for opioid substitution).
