Is 6-APB legal in Portugal?

- 6-APB is a controlled NPS in Portugal — individually named in the annex to Decreto-Lei n.o 54/2013 (17 Apr 2013), the Portuguese new-psychoactive-substances law, which lists benzofurans including 6-APB.
- Consequences if caught
- Supply or trafficking of a controlled NPS is criminal; personal possession is decriminalised and handled administratively (Law 30/2000). No death penalty.
- If prescribed or medical
- No recognised medical use; no lawful prescription route.
- Documentation
- No lawful personal-import route for a controlled NPS.
