4-AcO-DMT in Italy: not individually verified
Also known as: psilacetin
We have not confirmed that 4-AcO-DMT specifically is scheduled in Italy, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. The dossier searched the DPR 309/1990 tables and the ministerial amendments for 4-AcO-DMT, also written O-acetilpsilocina, and recorded that no terminal entry was sufficiently verified, so neither a controlled placement nor a clean negative can be stated for 4-AcO-DMT. What is missing is the scheduling bridge itself: whether an exact name entry exists in the current compilation, and whether any expressly extended family in the table text reaches it. Article 14 works by enumeration and there is no free standing analogue offence in Italy, so a related compound being listed would not settle this one. No further research was done for this cell, so it defers rather than guesses.
