- 3-MMC (3-methylmethcathinone) is controlled — subject to Turkish national restrictive measures (the EMCDDA groups it among “22 Member States + Turkey + Norway” with pre-existing measures) and caught by Turkey's synthetic-drug annex framework.

- Narcotics/synthetic-drug offences: trafficking carries substantial imprisonment; possession is a criminal offence. Death penalty abolished (2004) — no capital exposure.

- No recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route.
- Documentation
- No lawful personal-import route for a controlled synthetic drug.
