Is 2C-T-7 legal in Netherlands?

Legal status
Controlled — 2C-T-7 is named in List I (hard drugs) of the Opium Act (Opiumwet) as '2,5-dimethoxy-4-(n)-propylthiofenethylamine'; the Netherlands was the first country worldwide to prohibit it, after its brief smartshop sale around 2000. NAMED mechanism.
Consequences if caught
List I hard drug: production and trafficking punishable up to 12 years (Opium Act arts. 2/10); hard drugs receive no coffeeshop tolerance.
If prescribed or medical
List I — no recognised medical use and no lawful prescription route.
Documentation
No personal-import route; 2C-T-7 is not tolerated in the way soft drugs are.
