Is 1P-LSD legal in Turkey?

1P-LSD is not confirmed as a controlled substance in Turkey and this row is a deferral rather than a finding. The dossier searched the Turkish terms «1P-LSD» and «1-propionil-LSD» and the transliterations 1P-LSD and 1-propionil-LSD against the classification decisions made under article 19 of Law No. 2313 on the Control of Narcotic Substances, and confirmed no current entry. It expressly rejected the near match «LSD», because the propionyl derivative is not LSD itself, and that rejection is the right one for a closed list: LSD is separately and verifiably scheduled on its own row, and Turkish law carries no general analogue or derivative clause that would pull a prodrug across from the parent.
