1P-LSD in Thailand: not individually verified
We have not confirmed that 1P-LSD specifically is scheduled in Thailand, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed for 1P-LSD, because the one entry that could reach it supports two readings and the text does not choose between them. As in force on 3 October 2026, 1P-LSD, PubChem CID 119025985, "(6aR,9R)-N,N-diethyl-7-methyl-4-propanoyl-6,6a,8,9-tetrahydroindolo[4,3-fg]quinoline-9-carboxamide", is not named in any Thai naming notification read. The search ran on 3 October 2026, in Thai, in Latin script and by chemical name, through every Ministry of Public Health naming notification the Thai FDA Narcotics Control Division publishes under the Narcotics Code B.E. 2564: narcotic Category 1 of B.E. 2565 as amended up to No. 5 B.E. 2568, narcotic Category 2, narcotic Category 4 of B.E. 2566 as amended up to No. 3 B.E. 2568, narcotic Category 5, and psychotropic Categories 1 to 4. The LSD entry does not reach it: LSD is item 49 of the narcotic Category 1 list, "เดกซ์โทรไลเซอร์ไจด์ ((+)-lysergide) หรือ แอลเอสดี (LSD)", and clause 2 extends it only to other names for the same structure, stereoisomers, and "เกลือ เอสเทอร์ (ester) และอีเทอร์ (ether)", while 1P-LSD is LSD with a propanoyl amide on the indole nitrogen. The open question is item 26 of the narcotic Category 4 list, "ไลเซอร์จาไมด์ (lysergamide)", whose condition reads "รวมทั้งอนุพันธ์ต่างๆ เอสเทอร์ และอีเทอร์ใดๆ ของยาเสพติดให้โทษดังกล่าว", including its various derivatives, and clause 4 applies the list whatever the concentration or purpose. On its plain words, 1P-LSD, a substituted lysergamide, is such a derivative. Against that, the same list names fourteen ergot alkaloids, items 3, 4 and 12 to 23, among them ergometrine at item 18 and ergotamine at item 22, all themselves substituted lysergamides, as separate entries with their own exceptions for registered medicines, which a broad reading of item 26 would make redundant and override, and item 27, lysergic acid, carries no derivatives condition at all. The Code does not define derivative, and no court reading was searched for in this run. This is not a finding that 1P-LSD is uncontrolled in Thailand.
