- Consequences if caught
- Trafficking, importing and possessing 1P-LSD are serious offences; importing a border-controlled drug analogue in a commercial quantity can carry up to life imprisonment, and state possession offences apply to the analogue as they do to LSD.

- Schedule 9 status means no therapeutic or prescription use; supply is permitted only under Commonwealth/state approval for research.
