Scopolamine (Devil's Breath) in Pakistan: not individually verified
Also known as: hyoscine
We have not confirmed that Scopolamine (Devil's Breath) specifically is scheduled in Pakistan, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed for Pakistan. Scopolamine is named in no schedule of the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997. Searched 'scopolamine', 'hyoscine' and 'tropane' across both instruments. Zero hits. The only tropane alkaloids Pakistani law reaches are the coca derivatives at section 2(g), which are defined by reference to ecgonine and cocaine and not to the tropane ring as such.
Confirm directly with Pakistan’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
