- Pink cocaine (tusi) is not scheduled as such; it is a variable mixture (typically ketamine + MDMA) prosecuted through its constituents — Cambodia lists MDMA as a Group I narcotic and ketamine as a Table 3 psychotropic under the Law on Drug Control, which reaches any preparation containing a controlled substance. Because the blend varies batch to batch, exposure follows the most-severely-controlled component, so an MDMA-containing tusi sample is a Group I offence.
- Consequences if caught
- An MDMA-positive mixture is a Group I narcotic offence (possession up to 10–20 years even without trafficking intent, trafficking up to life under Arts 40/45); a ketamine-only mixture is a psychotropic offence.
- If prescribed or medical
- No lawful supply of the mixture; ketamine is a Table 3 controlled medicine, whereas MDMA is a Group I narcotic with no accepted medical use.
- Documentation
- Sold as a party powder of unknown makeup; because the blend varies batch to batch, buyers cannot know whether Group I MDMA is present, so legal exposure is unknowable at purchase.
