Is Pink Cocaine / Tusi legal in Belarus?
- Legal status
- Not applicable as a single status in Belarus, and the reason is Belarus's own: the республиканский перечень answers by printed entry, and there is no printed entry a label of this kind can be matched to. The label names a street mixture whose composition varies from sample to sample, so the annexes cannot return one row for it and the record stops at applicability rather than deferring. The terms taken to the annexes included the code for the phenethylamine most often associated with the name, and that phenethylamine is itself a printed entry at «БРОЛАМФЕТАМИН (2C-B)». The status follows whichever constituents are actually present, each on its own printed row. The terms taken to the annexes of Постановление Министерства здравоохранения № 19 от 11 февраля 2015 г. республиканский перечень were "pink cocaine", "tusi", "2C-B" at № 19/2015 with the official 2025 and 10 March 2026 amendments, and the record stops at applicability rather than becoming a deferral, because the obstacle is the label and not a gap in the text. Applicability record BEL-76.
- Consequences if caught
- Capital exposure: none. Belarus retains capital punishment in its general criminal law, and that is a separate question from what a drug offence carries. Criminal Code Article 328 provides neither the death penalty nor life imprisonment, so a term of years is the whole of the drug scale here. The figure itself is disputed and the dispute is stated rather than hidden: this repair reads Article 328(5) as a twenty year ceiling, the cell it replaces read the same paragraph as twelve to twenty five years, and the sources reachable here do not settle which reading is right. The earlier cell also framed the offence as articles 327 to 328 with a superscript one, a range this repair does not mention at all, so treat the article range as well as the figure as open. That scale attaches to an offence in a substance the annexes list, and it is applied to whichever listed substance is actually present, not to the label. Record BEL-76 records that no single entry can be assigned here, so the exposure for any given sample is the exposure of its identified constituents, read against their own printed entries. Belarus sets no lawful personal use allowance, and a mixture is not made safer by being unnameable. The phenethylamine most often sold under this name is itself a printed entry, so a sample that actually contains it carries that entry's exposure in full, and a sample that contains something else carries whatever that something else carries.
- If prescribed or medical
- The traveller rule is stated at country level and it is the same for every substance in this set: Belarus provides no lawful personal use allowance and no traveller exemption, and a scheduled medicine has to satisfy Закон Республики Беларусь «О лекарственных средствах» as well as the narcotics annexes. The placement to attach that rule to follows each identified constituent rather than the label, record BEL-76, so there is no single placement for this row and no single prescription answer either. The source states no medical route for it and none is supplied here. If a constituent is identified and it is the printed phenethylamine, that entry is the placement and the prescription question is answered there rather than here.
- Documentation
- Carry nothing on the strength of a label that names no single substance. Identify what is actually in the product and take the carriage question to that substance's own entry in the республиканский перечень, because that is the only level at which Belarus answers. The applicability record is BEL-76, read against № 19/2015 with the official 2025 and 10 March 2026 amendments on 20 September 2026, and the annexes can be amended, so recheck before travel. If you know what is in it, ask about that substance by name, because the annexes will answer for the phenethylamine and will not answer for the label.
