Is Pink Cocaine / Tusi legal in Aceh (Indonesia)?

Confirmed against a primary sourceVerified July 14, 2026
Legal status
Pink cocaine (tusi) is not scheduled as such; it is a variable mixture (typically ketamine + MDMA) prosecuted through its constituents — Indonesia's national Narcotics Law No. 35 of 2009 applies in Aceh, listing MDMA as a Category I narcotic and ketamine as a non-narcotic controlled medicine, while Aceh's Qanun Jinayat does not cover narcotics. Because the blend varies batch to batch, exposure follows the most-severely-controlled component, so an MDMA-containing tusi sample carries Category I capital exposure under the national law.
Consequences if caught
An MDMA-positive mixture is a Category I narcotics offence under Articles 111–127 of Law 35/2009, where organized or large-scale trafficking is death-eligible; a ketamine-only mixture is a lesser controlled-medicine offence.
If prescribed or medical
No lawful supply of the mixture; ketamine is a controlled medicine, whereas MDMA is a Category I narcotic with no therapeutic use.
Documentation
Sold as a party powder of unknown makeup; because the blend varies batch to batch, buyers cannot know whether death-eligible MDMA is present, so capital-level legal exposure under the national narcotics law is unknowable at purchase.
