Is MXE legal in Greece?

- MXE (methoxetamine) is controlled across the EU, and therefore in Greece, under Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2015/1875 (8 October 2015), which obliged member states to apply control measures and criminal penalties; Greece places MXE within its narcotics-control law.
- Consequences if caught
- Supply and trafficking of a controlled substance such as MXE are prosecuted under the Greek narcotics code with imprisonment scaling by role and quantity.
- If prescribed or medical
- MXE is not an authorised medicine in Greece and cannot be prescribed.
- Documentation
- No lawful supply channel exists; MXE bought online is an illicit import liable to customs seizure.
