Methylone in Pakistan: not individually verified
Also known as: bk-MDMA
We have not confirmed that Methylone specifically is scheduled in Pakistan, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed for Pakistan. Methylone is named in no schedule of the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997. 3,4-methylenedioxy-N-methylcathinone. It sits between two scheduled families and belongs to neither entry: the methylenedioxy amphetamines at serial 82 and the unnumbered MDMA row, and the cathinones at serials 12 and 13. The beta-keto group is what separates it from MDMA, and no entry in either instrument carries it.
Confirm directly with Pakistan’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
