LSA (Morning Glory) in Ukraine: not individually verified
Also known as: hawaiian baby woodrose
We have not confirmed that LSA (Morning Glory) specifically is scheduled in Ukraine, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. Absence record UKR-51 reports that Постанова № 770, таблиці I to IV, consolidated text read on 20 September 2026, was searched under the abbreviation and the lysergamide name with no printed heading matched, and the near entry it inspected and rejected was «Лізергід (ЛСД)» at CAS 50-37-3, which record UKR-52 accepts as printed. That rejection is right at the level of the molecule, because the diethylamide and the unsubstituted amide are different compounds. What was not read is whether the Ukrainian heading carries any limb about amides of lysergic acid, and whether the seeds that contain this alkaloid are reached as a named plant. Neither question was put and the placement is open. The amide question is not the only unread point. The terms logged are "LSA" and "lizergamid", both Latin and the second a South Slavic transliteration that recurs across this family of dossiers, against an annex recorded as printed in Cyrillic. The search could not have matched a Cyrillic heading, so the absence is unmeasured.
Confirm directly with Ukraine’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
