LSA (Morning Glory) in El Salvador: not individually verified

Also known as: hawaiian baby woodrose

Not individually verified

We have not confirmed that LSA (Morning Glory) specifically is scheduled in El Salvador, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.

What is on record
Not confirmed. LSA is not named in the Listado de sustancias estupefacientes, psicotropicos, precursores y agregados 2026, approved by Acuerdo SI.2026.03.20-01 of the Superintendencia de Regulacion Sanitaria, and the absence does not settle the row, because Article 2 of the Ley Reguladora de las Actividades Relativas a las Drogas, Decreto Legislativo 153 of 2 October 2003 does not stop at the lists: it also reaches, in its own words, substances that act on the central nervous system and whose misuse can cause physical or psychological dependence, and Article 3 letter f lets the health regulator prohibit a further substance. Whether either limb reaches this row was not settled from the documents read here. Every lysergamide the Listado prints sits in Parte D as a 1988 precursor chemical rather than as a drug: acido lisergico at entry 3, ergometrina at entry 15 and ergotamina at entry 16. The amide this row names is none of those three, and a precursor placement is a different control from the one the offence articles create.

Confirm directly with El Salvador’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
