LSA (Morning Glory) in Bahamas: not individually verified

Also known as: hawaiian baby woodrose

Not individually verified

We have not confirmed that LSA (Morning Glory) specifically is scheduled in Bahamas, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.

What is on record
Not confirmed. Searched case insensitively across all three held instruments for ergine, for lysergic acid amide, for ergometrine and for the morning glory and Hawaiian baby woodrose plant names: zero hits in every one. As with 1P-LSD the difficulty is section 11(1)(m) of the Dangerous Drugs Act, Chapter 228, which reaches «any compound declared by the Minister by Order to be a compound related to lysergic acid diethylamide». This substance is a simple lysergamide and a plausible subject of such a declaration, and no Order made under that power was read. The seeds that contain it are named nowhere, and unlike cannabis and coca no plant limb exists to fall back on.

Confirm directly with Bahamas’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
