- Couriered CBD oils, gummies and vapes are routinely intercepted by Customs under strict-liability treatment; possession/personal use can mean about 2 years plus fines, with the death penalty available in the most serious cases (CBD-specific capital exposure left to confirmation).

- No CBD prescription route is registered.
- Documentation
- No documentation legalises CBD — controlled as cannabis; a foreign prescription does not permit entry.
