Cannabinol in Venezuela: not individually verified
Also known as: cbn
We have not confirmed that Cannabinol specifically is scheduled in Venezuela, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. Ley Orgánica de Drogas article 3 identifies controlled drugs by reference to the Convention schedules, and no anchored entry for this substance was found in the 1961 Yellow List or the 1971 Green List editions read, nor in the Law's Anexo I. Article 2 also lets the health and intermediate industries ministries determine further substances and no consolidated ministerial list was obtainable, so this is unresolved and not a proved absence. Confirm with Venezuela's authorities before travel.
Confirm directly with Venezuela’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
This page is deliberately excluded from search indexing and from our sitemap. Only confirmed, individually verified statuses are published as indexable pages.
