Cannabinol in Uzbekistan: not individually verified
Also known as: cbn
We have not confirmed that Cannabinol specifically is scheduled in Uzbekistan, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. The Uzbekistan dossier, checked 18 September 2026, did not establish a control entry for cannabinol, and its row is marked not verified. The dossier's search record for this row: Search term: «cannabinol»; transliteration/Latin identifier: cannabinol. Searched Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 330 of 12 November 2015, controlled Lists I to IV by exact name, synonym, salt/isomer language, and any relevant structural family. A near match was considered through «cannabinoid entry and isomer rules», but it was rejected because that wording does not establish that the listed molecule, mixture, or brand is the same legal entry. Then searched Resolution No. 330 quantity annexes for «cannabinol» and the same identifiers; no quoted substance-specific threshold row was established. Second instrument checked: Criminal Code arts 270 to 276; it supplies offence consequences but no missing per-substance number. Open point: whether an unquoted schedule synonym or group row legally reaches cannabinol, and, if so, which quantity entry applies.
