Cannabinol in Tajikistan: not individually verified
Also known as: cbn
We have not confirmed that Cannabinol specifically is scheduled in Tajikistan, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. Cannabinol is not named in the National List approved by Government Resolution No. 121 of 27 February 2020 as the Drug Control Agency published it, read at https://akn.tj/ru/2020/04/09/national-list-of-narcotic-drugs-psychotropic-substances-and-their-precursors/ on 3 October 2026, nor in the Agency's consolidation of the list as amended up to Resolution No. 87 of 2 March 2023, nor in Annex 1 to the Criminal Code in the prg.kz consolidation dated 17 June 2026. The texts were searched in Russian and Latin script for "каннабинол", "cbn", "6,6,9-триметил-3-пентил-6н-дибензо[b,d]пиран-1-ол". Item 26 of Перечень 2 names tetrahydrocannabinol isomers and «Дронабинол» names delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, but cannabinol is not named; the search hits were parts of the tetrahydrocannabinol names. Cannabis plant material, resin, hashish and «Масло каннабиса» are controlled as cannabis, so cannabinol inside cannabis material is caught with the cannabis, but isolated cannabinol is not placed. So this cell does not say whether cannabinol is controlled in Tajikistan.
Confirm directly with Tajikistan’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
