Cannabinol in Portugal: not individually verified
Also known as: cbn
We have not confirmed that Cannabinol specifically is scheduled in Portugal, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. Cannabinol is not named under its own name in tables I to IV of Decreto-Lei n.º 15/93 and is not named on the list of new psychoactive substances made under Decreto-Lei n.º 54/2013. Both instruments have now been read against this substance. Cannabis plant material, resin and oil are separately controlled in table I-C.
Confirm directly with Portugal’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
