Cannabinol in Philippines: not individually verified
Also known as: cbn
We have not confirmed that Cannabinol specifically is scheduled in Philippines, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. Cannabinol (CBN) as an isolated compound is not named in the Dangerous Drugs Board's Updated Lists of Scheduled Controlled Substances as at 06 July 2025: searched in all 24 pages, "cannabinol" 7 hits. The cannabinol hits in the list are tetrahydrocannabinol and hexahydrocannabinol, different compounds. A CBN product made from the plant may be a cannabis extract, which is printed at entry 29, cannabis resin, extracts and tinctures, on page 6, so its status depends on how it was made. This is stated as at the Board's list of 06 July 2025 and the Board's regulations register read at https://ddb.gov.ph/board-regulations/ on 2 October 2026, whose newest entry is Board Regulation No. 5, Series of 2026 and which lists no Board Regulation No. 1, Series of 2026, and it does not rule out a later amendment.
Confirm directly with Philippines’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
