Cannabinol in Pakistan: not individually verified
Also known as: cbn
We have not confirmed that Cannabinol specifically is scheduled in Pakistan, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed for Pakistan. Cannabinol is named in no schedule of the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997. Cannabinol is the fully aromatic oxidation product and is not a tetrahydrocannabinol, so it falls outside the isomer block under serial 83 and outside the delta-9 row under serial 77, every one of which specifies a tetrahydro or hexahydro ring. Whether plant-derived cannabinol travels with the resin under section 2(d) is a different question and one the Act does not answer in terms.
Confirm directly with Pakistan’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
