Cannabinol in Dominican Republic: not individually verified
Also known as: cbn
We have not confirmed that Cannabinol specifically is scheduled in Dominican Republic, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. Cannabinol is the oxidised breakdown product of THC and it is not itself a tetrahydrocannabinol, its cannabinoid ring being aromatic rather than partly saturated, so the plural entry «Tetrahidrocanabinoles» at number 21 of acápite III of Categoría I of article 8 of Ley 50-88 does not reach it by its own words. It has no entry of its own. The route that may reach it is acápite XXIX of article 2, which defines «Marihuana» to include every compound, product, derivative, mixture or preparation of the plant, its seeds or its resin, and cannabinol in aged plant material arrives exactly that way.
Confirm directly with Dominican Republic’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
