7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) in Tanzania: not individually verified
We have not confirmed that 7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) specifically is scheduled in Tanzania, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. The dossier searched the First Schedule of the Drug Control and Enforcement Act Cap 95 R.E. 2023 for 7-hydroxymitragynine and found no entry for it, and the other route, section 15(2), reaches substances «not specified in the Schedule ... but have proved to have drug related effects», which needs proof specific to 7-hydroxymitragynine that the dossier did not establish.
Confirm directly with Tanzania’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
