7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) in Greece: not individually verified
We have not confirmed that 7-Hydroxymitragynine (7-OH) specifically is scheduled in Greece, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed. The metabolite is printed at no entry under any spelling. The plant it comes from and the parent alkaloid both are, and whether an isolated 7 hydroxy compound is reached by either of those rows is not something the tables answer on their face. What the reading does find is entry 130 of ΠΙΝΑΚΑΣ Α, the first table, an entry that opens «MITRAGYNA SPECIOSA (φυτό ΚΡΑΤΟΜ)» and was placed by gazette 1067 B of 10 March 2025. It also finds ΠΙΝΑΚΑΣ Α entry 131, opening «MITRAGYNINE». The closing clause of that table reaches salts and isomers showing a clear dependence-producing action, and a hydroxylated metabolite is neither a salt nor an isomer of mitragynine, which is why this is left open rather than resolved. The version read is the Ministry of Health consolidated edition of June 2026, and it does not rule out a later joint ministerial decision.
