4-AcO-DMT in Pakistan: not individually verified
Also known as: psilacetin
We have not confirmed that 4-AcO-DMT specifically is scheduled in Pakistan, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.
- What is on record
- Not confirmed for Pakistan. 4-AcO-DMT is named in no schedule of the Control of Narcotic Substances Act, 1997. Serial 69 of Schedule-I is PSILOCYBINE, the 4-phosphoryloxy ester, and psilocine is carried as a separate unnumbered row as 'psilcine, psilotsin'. Both are named individually, which shows the schedule does not treat a prodrug as covered by its metabolite. 4-acetoxy-N,N-dimethyltryptamine is a third ester and is named nowhere.
Confirm directly with Pakistan’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
