- 25I-NBOMe is a Class B controlled drug under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, individually named by the Misuse of Drugs (Classification and Presumption of Supply-25B-NBOMe, 25C-NBOMe, and 25I-NBOMe) Order 2016 (SR 2016/89).
- Consequences if caught
- Possession is an offence; supply, manufacture or import of a Class B drug carries up to 14 years' imprisonment.
- If prescribed or medical
- No approved medical use; not prescribable outside restricted research authorisation.
