25I-NBOMe in Kiribati: not individually verified

Also known as: n-bomb

Not individually verified

We have not confirmed that 25I-NBOMe specifically is scheduled in Kiribati, so this page gives no legal status. Publishing a guess here would be worse than publishing nothing. What we do know is the governing national drug law, below.

What is on record
Not confirmed. 25i-nbome is not named in Schedule 2 of the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance, Cap. 23, Laws of the Gilbert Islands, Revised Edition 1977, and whether any later order under section 13(2) added it is not established. No schedule entry or fragment carries the 25i or nbome names, and no entry in Part I paragraph 1 contains the term phenethylamine. This is not a finding that 25i-nbome is uncontrolled in Kiribati. The Dangerous Drugs Ordinance was read as in force in the 1977 Revised Edition as amended to the Acts of 1995 and 2001, and this text does not rule out a later amendment or a later order under section 13(2).

Confirm directly with Kiribati’s national drug authority or your own embassy before you rely on anything.
